Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
  • Understands customer IT and business objectives to align HPE solutions with their priorities.
  • Engages and cultivates executive relationships with C-Level experience.
  • Builds and executes plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Identifies opportunities, leads pipeline building, and drives deals to closure through multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Applies knowledge of the AI market landscape and experience selling HPE HPC/AI solutions to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Develops and governs partner relationships to maximize HPE's presence in accounts.
  • Leads the extended account team, providing feedback and guidance to ensure successful sales engagements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of IT trends and HPE's portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of AI trends and HPE's AI portfolio.
  • Proven ability to deliver on sales objectives and close complex deals.
  • Skilled in strategic planning and articulating a vision aligned with HPE's strategy.
  • Experience leading teams in a complex matrix organization.
  • Typically, 6-10+ years of account management experience in the IT industry.
  • Understanding and experience selling HPE AI products and solutions.
  • At least 2+ years of hunting net new logos.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of the Cloud Service Provider landscape.
