About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve Baseline Sales Targets (BST) and other objectives.
• Ensure sales activity meets or exceeds minimum sales activity requirements.
• Handle contacts with prospective customers in person, virtually, and via phone to set appointments and sell products and services.
• Use sales tools such as Sales-force for daily activity, proposals, and product/service offerings.
• Understand and consider the components of profitability in sales decisions.
• Make a positive impact on prospects, customers, and colleagues.
• Manage time and territory effectively.
• Communicate with key operations colleagues to outline account details and ensure first-class service.
• Complete Rentokil NEW Sales Representative Training Program and other sales and product certifications.
• Attend all district and company meetings as required.
• Complete all assigned duties and certifications.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; college preferred.
• Experience selling into multiple market segments is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend training materials in English.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the situation.
• Tolerate environmental conditions such as seasonal weather, damp, or dusty locations.
• Tolerate sitting and driving for extended hours each day.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Successfully meet pre-employment background screening requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search.

Nice to Have

• Experience selling into multiple market segments.
• Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college preferred.
