Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed Galderma portfolio sales and execute strategic objectives across high-valued customer segments including Dermatologists, Pharmacy, Integrated Health Networks, and professional organizations.
  • Promote and generate demand for prescription products, including launching new products, utilizing advanced clinical, operational, and financial selling skills.
  • Develop and lead cross-functional account plans to increase penetration, retention, and growth of Galderma's portfolio for key accounts.
  • Analyze account and provider objectives to align market, patient access, and reimbursement functions to drive demand and meet business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, utilizing business analytics and customer insights to anticipate needs and support solutions.
  • Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and serve as the primary contact for assigned contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.
  • Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
  • At least 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
  • Previous account management and B2B sales experience.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical, industry, and product-related information professionally.
  • High level of integrity, motivation, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to sell assertively and differentiate products to increase utilization with target accounts.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as market and patient access and field reimbursement.
  • Strong ownership of a book of business, results-oriented, disciplined self-starter, strategic thinker, and relationship builder.
  • Proficiency with complex sales data, MS Office, and sales reporting software.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with complex sales data and call reporting software.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting applications.
