About the Role

The Account Manager, Immunology is responsible for achieving or exceeding Galderma's portfolio sales and executing strategic objectives across high-valued customer segments, including dermatologists, pharmacies, integrated health networks, and professional organizations. The role involves promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologic and consumer product portfolio, requiring advanced skills in clinical, operational, and financial commercial selling. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge.
  • Promote and generate demand for prescription products in a competitive market, including launching new products.
  • Execute Galderma's integrated commercial selling strategies utilizing understanding of contracting and access platforms.
  • Develop cross-functional account plans to deliver penetration, retention, and growth of Galderma's portfolio for key accounts.
  • Analyze account and provider objectives to ensure alignment between market/patient access and reimbursement functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; utilize business analytics and customer insights to anticipate needs.
  • Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the area.
  • Execute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.
  • Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
  • At least 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales and as a sales generalist.
  • Strong track record of consistent performance success.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical, industry, and product-related information professionally.
  • High integrity, motivation, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to sell assertively and differentiate products to increase utilization.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams such as market and patient access.
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable with autonomy.
  • Strategic thinker with long-term vision.
  • Skilled in relationship management and closing techniques.
  • Learning agility, adaptability, resilience, and persistence.

  • Proficiency with complex sales data and reporting software.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with sales reporting applications.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with healthcare contracting and access platforms.
  • Experience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 5+ years of outside sales experience.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience in dermatology or medical sales.
