About the Role

The Account Manager, Immunology is responsible for achieving or exceeding Galderma's portfolio sales and executing strategic objectives across high-valued customer segments, including dermatologists, pharmacies, and healthcare networks. The role involves promoting Galderma's prescription dermatology biologic and consumer product portfolio, requiring advanced clinical, operational, and financial commercial selling skills. Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain expertise in brand/segment strategy and tactics, providing expert product knowledge.
  • Promote and generate demand for prescription products in a competitive market, including launching new products.
  • Execute Galderma's integrated commercial selling strategies utilizing understanding of contracting and access platforms.
  • Develop cross-functional account plans to deliver penetration, retention, and growth of Galderma's portfolio for key accounts.
  • Analyze account and provider objectives to ensure alignment between market/patient access and reimbursement functions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; utilize business analytics and customer insights to support solutions.
  • Oversee relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the area.
  • Execute customer engagement initiatives to strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned contacts in Galderma's commercial speaker bureau.
  • Plan, organize, and execute field-based activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • Five or more years of outside sales experience with variable commission potential.
  • At least 2 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience in Dermatological or Medical Sales.
  • Previous account management experience.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales.
  • Proven track record of consistent performance success.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to learn and apply technical, industry, and product-related information professionally.
  • High integrity, motivation, and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to sell assertively and differentiate products to increase utilization.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams such as market and patient access.
  • Results-oriented with a strategic long-term vision.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable with autonomy.
  • Ability to build relationships and close sales with various audiences.
  • Learning agility, adaptability, resilience, and persistence.
  • Creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Proficiency with complex sales data, call reporting software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with complex sales data and reporting software.
  • Familiarity with contracting and access platforms.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of outside sales, 2+ years in dermatological or medical sales.
