As a Sales Account Manager, you will own a territory where you will be positioning BMC's Iconic and cutting-edge technologies into some of the most prestigious customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for your customers throughout the full sales cycle.
  • Be supported by top, talented, product specialized Account Managers, Solution & Value Engineers, as well as a full ecosystem dedicated to BMC's main strategy: customer centricity.
  • Be the business owner of your territory to increase our footprint, build larger deals, and help BMC remain in its well-deserved market leader position.
  • Lead as a BMC brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems.

  • You have worked effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership and orchestrating the internal and external resources needed to manage the sales process.
  • You have demonstrated your ability to develop your business as a trusted partner by understanding pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales or account management within the technology or software industry.
  • Knowledge of BMC's technologies or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead initiatives.
  • Understanding of pipeline management, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

Benefits & Perks

  • Annual base salary range of $120,000 - $180,000.
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) range of $240,000 - $360,000.
  • Potential for variable pay and country-specific benefits.
