This role is part of Global Specialty Operations, serving as a critical partner to the Excess Casualty and Primary Casualty Wholesale underwriting teams. The individual focuses on service experience & book of business management, acting as a key contact for underwriters and brokers. The position involves working in a team environment across multiple offices, with responsibilities ranging from routine tasks to complex problem solving, and may include project work.
