Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, provide product solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain positive ongoing relationships to maximize sales for the company.
  • Work closely with sales teams of different regions to drive cross-regional opportunities.
  • Introduce company products and services to new and/or existing customers.
  • Implement strategic and tactical sales account plans.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the company's entire product suite, with in-depth knowledge on a subset of products and/or services.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecast funnel of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  • Develop and manage relationships with acquired and/or existing customers to gain strategic positioning with decision makers, attain additional business, and retain existing revenue.
  • Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall customer spend.
  • Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales and revenue quotas.
  • Maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasts and manage quota funnels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience working for a region/global telecom provider, IT, or cloud service provider.
  • Desire and ability to cold call Lumen partners and customers daily to drive revenue.
  • Experience selling complex solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques (including SASE, SDWAN, DDoS, and related Cybersecurity solutions).
  • Strong background in funnel management (Salesforce) with attention to detail.
  • Experience in solution selling IP, data, voice, and video network services.
  • Experience in strategic, technical, and business communications application sales.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in selling to close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional.
  • Proficient in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Co-Pilot, and PowerPoint.
