Job Description

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and providing ongoing support to drive lead volume and growth for ACD - Alternate Channel Distribution Fios MTU (Multi-tenant unit). You will act as the strategic point of contact for assigned territories aligned to Indirect Agents, engaging with hybrid wireline and wireless partners to increase participation and quality leads. The role involves managing multiple initiatives, maintaining partner relationships, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and sales growth within Verizon's organizational framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, implement, and support initiatives to increase lead volume and growth for ACD - Alternate Channel Distribution Fios MTU.
  • Act as the strategic point of contact for assigned territories and partners, representing Verizon and engaging in activities that increase participation and quality leads.
  • Provide updates on business initiatives, training, and progress to hybrid wireline and wireless partners, tailoring communication to the audience.
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives and programs, meeting deadlines and executing high expectations.
  • Maintain and grow partner or alliance relationships for indirect product sales through third parties.
  • Manage reseller sales activities, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive sales of new products and provide ongoing product training to partners.
  • Manage team to meet and exceed sales goals, set channel objectives, and initiate performance planning with measurements.
  • Analyze sales results, monitor productivity, forecast, and set quotas.
  • Evaluate territories and market share to identify opportunities for growth and manage churn.
  • Attend local sales meetings with key accounts to establish relationships and promote Verizon.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and support teams to improve processes and drive lead growth.
  • Perform analysis on reports and systems to simplify channel processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Develop deep relationships with internal customers, understanding their businesses, markets, and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working within the Salesforce platform.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
  • Three or more years of Wireline or Wireless management or relevant sales experience.
  • Excel and PowerPoint skills or Google's G-Suite platform.
  • Knowledge of VBG (Verizon Business Group), SMB, I2B organization, systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of sales reporting systems.
  • Experience with POS - Optix2Go, B360, & Findr.
  • Experience in cross-functional partnerships.
  • Territory Management Tool knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Dun and Bradstreet hierarchy and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant work experience of at least three years.
