Account Rep / Inside Sales Representative

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, fax, etc.
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer service orders, status, and product knowledge requests.
• Process customer orders, changes, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations.
• Work closely with the Operations Supervisor as directed.
• Review and maintain customer database to track account information, statuses, orders, and lead times.
• Provide timely feedback regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Work closely with Sales Representatives on quotes and order status.
• Promote a safe workplace.
• Perform other duties as directed.

• Proficient in computer data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft CRM Dynamics, and ERP Software.
• 2+ years of Customer Service experience in the manufacturing or construction industry.
