About the Role

The Account Specialist is responsible for maintaining great working relationships with clients and handling their day-to-day business needs. This role involves acting as the face of the company to customers, overseeing client accounts, and ensuring effective communication between clients and warehouse operations. ITS Logistics is a premier Third-Party Logistics company focused on providing creative supply chain solutions, investing in employee growth, and fostering a culture of collaboration, resilience, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee client accounts, provide exemplary and personal service to a variety of customers
Assist in order processing, leveraging several different digital platforms
Control effective communications for your accounts by acting as a liaison between your customer and the warehouse operations team
Communicate inbound/outbound demand and special customer needs
Work with ITS' Fleet and Freight Brokerage to better serve your customers
Provide consistent and professional communication with clients regarding the status of their orders or special projects
Understand and act in accordance with client contracts, perform basic billing and auditing
Create and maintain documented standard operating procedures specific to your clients

Requirements

Proficiency with automated information systems to research and resolve client related issues
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written skills (phone etiquette and fluency in English required)
Must possess excellent problem diagnosis and resolution skills
Willingness to go “above and beyond” in the spirit of client support
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
