About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications using React JS and Node JS to enhance user experience and functionality.
• Oversee the integration of Bootstrap and TypeScript to ensure responsive and efficient design across all platforms.
• Provide technical guidance and support in the use of Adobe AEM for frontend development ensuring seamless content management and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable solutions that meet the needs of Provider and Payer domains.
• Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve development processes and outcomes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
• Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Contribute to the company's mission by developing solutions that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Possess strong expertise in React JS, Node JS, Bootstrap and TypeScript with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe AEM for frontend development with a focus on creating dynamic and engaging user interfaces.
• Have a deep understanding of the Provider and Payer domains with experience in developing solutions tailored to these sectors.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
• Show strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technological advancements.
• Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
