About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal peers, leadership team, partners, and external stakeholders to implement automation solutions using Marketo and other technology platforms within a client marketing-focused environment.
• Configure marketing automation solutions for clients, including email campaigns, landing pages, lead nurture programs, segmentation, lead qualification, audits, etc.
• Conduct visual and functional quality assurance testing to ensure the work product meets and exceeds client requirements and objectives.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations, deliverables, and modifications to their marketing automation platform.
• Create and document requirements gatherings based on client and project specifications with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Interact and work with a broad range of personalities and functions, including clients, business owners, engineers, project operations, quality assurance, and project managers.
• Use industry and technical knowledge to make strategic recommendations to clients or other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience automating solutions using Marketo Engage.
• 4-5 years of professional experience on a marketing team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), or ability to obtain certification within 3 months of hire.
• Demonstrated ability to change direction in response to changing work situations.
• Ability to clearly communicate with clients and internal teams, both written and oral.
• Prior consulting experience (in-house or agency) is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with consulting in-house or at an agency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), or ability to obtain certification within 3 months.
