Advanced Digital Experience Designer - Salesforce

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple design work streams to solve complex business challenges while advocating for users.
• Support solutions within Aetna's Clinical Care Management space, including consolidating systems onto Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Build internal UX knowledge across clinical experiences.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud and other platforms, including low-code/no-code platforms.
• Enhance user flows based on comprehensive research.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of web-based experience in UX or blended UX/UI design.
• Proven experience in driving and delivering design solutions from initial concepts to market launches.
• Experience applying UX methodologies on Salesforce Health Cloud and other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong portfolio of work, including Salesforce design, responsive web, and native app platforms.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading iterative discovery and solution processes.
• Ability to develop subject-matter expertise within a specific business area.
• Expert-level Figma skills and experience collaborating in Miro.
• Native application design experience for iOS and Android.

• Proven experience leading design strategy, workshops, and creating long-term visions.
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative customer research and communicating insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to align team members around the digital experience and gain support.
• Ability to adapt to change and challenge current state design respectfully.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically within a clinical setting.
• Experience within an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
• Experience managing design teams, including mentoring, hiring, and performance management.
• Salesforce UX Designer and/or Salesforce Strategy Designer certification.
• Experience designing with Salesforce Lightning Design System and/or Salesforce Omnistudio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, User Experience, Graphic Design, Information Design, Product Design, Human Factors or equivalent/relevant work experience.
