This position is responsible for developing and implementing advertising programs to support assigned initiatives to ensure marketing efforts meet plan goals & objectives. The role requires working in Frisco, TX; Bellevue, WA; or Overland Park, KS, with a hybrid schedule of at least 3 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages development and execution of print, OOH, online creative work and TV production through advertising agency or internal creative teams.
  • Helps ensure campaign integration with other communications fields: web, in-store, promotions, PR, etc.
  • Acts as a day-to-day contact for program leads (e.g., Segment, VP Integrated Marketing) and agency partners (Publicis).
  • Ensures campaigns are produced on strategy, on time and within budget, gathering feedback on creative prior to completion to meet corporate/legal guidelines.
  • Assists in writing strategic copy briefs in support of project goals.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves day-to-day issues or problems affecting advertising programs.
  • Educates other T-Mobile departments (sales, etc.) on advertising plans and timing, gathering feedback on program initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of advertising or marketing communications experience within a consumer products company (wireless or consumer tech preferred) or equivalent experience in account management for an advertising agency.
  • 2-4 years of working experience managing advertising agency partners.
  • Ability to travel 10% domestically.
  • Knowledge of advertising, account management, and budgeting.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • At least 18 years of age.

Nice to Have

  • Less than 2 years of communications experience, e.g., retail merchandising, PR, etc.
  • Less than 2 years of online marketing experience.
  • English/Spanish bilingual.
