Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of integrated global advertising campaigns, including the flagship brand campaign, from inception to completion across various paid media channels.
Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all advertising campaign needs between internal teams and external partners.
Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign progress and performance metrics, working with the team to adjust strategies as necessary.
Manage global campaign assets, creative approvals, trafficking, and delivery schedules.
Conduct pre- and post-campaign evaluations, including compiling performance data and insights.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
Foster strong communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in campaign lifecycles.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5+ years of experience in project management within an advertising or marketing environment.
Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel ad campaigns, preferably with advertising agency partners.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strong understanding of media planning/buying, creative development, and performance metrics.
Experience working with cross-collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
3-5+ years of relevant experience in advertising or marketing project management.
