Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated global advertising campaigns, including the flagship brand campaign, from inception to completion across various paid media channels.
  • Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all advertising campaign needs between internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor campaign progress and performance metrics, working with the team to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Manage global campaign assets, creative approvals, trafficking, and delivery schedules.
  • Conduct pre- and post-campaign evaluations, including compiling performance data and insights.
  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively implement solutions.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration among all stakeholders involved in campaign lifecycles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management within an advertising or marketing environment.
  • Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-channel ad campaigns, preferably with advertising agency partners.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong understanding of media planning/buying, creative development, and performance metrics.
  • Experience working with cross-collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • PMP, CAPM, or similar project management certification is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field.
