About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management and oversee daily operations for Customer Care and the Global Referral Network across all five mass market brands.
• Participate in outbound calling campaigns supporting various franchise systems, including brand-specific campaigns, program rollouts, and compliance outreach.
• Support outbound campaigns on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and ERA franchise systems, executing calls at the direction of the Lead Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant.
• Have a broad understanding of the key products, programs, and systems offered by Anywhere Franchise Brands and facilitate consultations on those topics as needed.
• Record all interactions via Zendesk and provide campaign reporting and feedback to Brand teams, product teams, and executives.
• Assess performance based on consulting NPS scores and the number of completed consultations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong technical skills, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
• Patience, customer empathy, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with project management and operational efficiencies.
• Familiarity with AI tools and leveraging technology to improve program performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising.
