About the Role

The Affiliate Solutions Consultant for Anywhere Franchise Brands helps franchise owners, their teams, and support staff to operate efficiently and successfully within the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and ERA franchise systems. This position involves supporting franchise owners and their management and staff teams, with a focus on project management, outbound calling campaigns, and facilitating consultations on key products, programs, and systems offered by Anywhere Franchise Brands. The role is 100% remote and plays a crucial part in enhancing program performance and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management and oversee daily operations for Customer Care and the Global Referral Network across all five mass market brands.
  • Support outbound calling campaigns on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, and ERA franchise systems, including brand-specific campaigns, program rollouts, and compliance outreach.
  • Execute calling campaigns at the direction of the Lead Outbound Affiliate Solutions Consultant.
  • Support outbound campaigns with a focus on leveraging AI and identifying operational efficiencies to enhance program performance.
  • Record all interactions via Zendesk and provide campaign reporting and feedback to Brand teams, product teams, and executives.
  • Facilitate consultations on key products, programs, and systems offered by Anywhere Franchise Brands as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong technical skills, demonstrated problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
  • Patience, customer empathy, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting outbound campaigns and project management in a franchise or real estate environment.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer interaction recording tools.
  • Experience leveraging AI or operational efficiencies to improve program performance.
