About the Role

The Agency Manager role at Pronto Insurance involves overseeing sales teams, developing new business, and maintaining relationships with channel partners within a growing insurance agency. The position contributes to the company's expansion efforts across Texas, California, and Florida, and plays a key role in driving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment to support the company's mission of revolutionizing the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop new business opportunities and maximize growth with existing partners.
  • Ensure timely reporting of opening and closing activities.
  • Drive daily sales activities and coordinate sales agent meetings and training initiatives.
  • Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
  • Analyze monthly financial statements to inform business decisions.
  • Manage assigned staff by establishing individual goals and evaluating results.
  • Develop sales reports as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
  • Employment contingent upon obtaining a P&C license within 60 days.
  • Proficiency with computers.
