About the Role

The Agency Manager role at Pronto Insurance involves overseeing sales teams, developing new business, and maintaining relationships with channel partners within a growing insurance agency. The position contributes to the company's expansion efforts across Texas, California, and Florida, and plays a key role in driving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment to support the company's mission of revolutionizing the insurance market.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales goals.
Develop new business opportunities and maximize growth with existing partners.
Ensure timely reporting of opening and closing activities.
Drive daily sales activities and coordinate sales agent meetings and training initiatives.
Create agency campaigns for customer appreciation and revenue generation.
Analyze monthly financial statements to inform business decisions.
Manage assigned staff by establishing individual goals and evaluating results.
Develop sales reports as needed.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
Employment contingent upon obtaining a P&C license within 60 days.
Proficiency with computers.

Ability to execute high sales volume and fee generation.
