About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead the marketing and outreach efforts of our assisted living facility. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase occupancy, enhance brand awareness, and build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and community partners. The Marketing Director also oversees all aspects of resident onboarding and acts as the main point of contact for resident inquiries or concerns throughout the move-in process and thereafter, facilitating a seamless and supportive integration into the community.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans to meet occupancy goals
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and the local community
Coordinate and lead facility tours, events, and outreach efforts
Manage advertising, social media, and online presence
Track lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion rates
Oversee all aspects of resident move-ins, including documentation, coordination, and family communication
Address and resolve resident-related issues and concerns in collaboration with other departments

Requirements

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in assisted living, healthcare, or hospitality
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
