Job Description

About the Role

The Manager Demand Center at Qlik is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team focused on generating pipeline and accelerating revenue through strategic outbound and inbound engagement. The role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute account-based programs, leveraging data-driven insights and AI tools to inform targeting and outreach strategies. The position supports campaign and event execution, manages daily operations, mentors team members, and continuously seeks opportunities for improvement to maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effective performance management of the Business/Lead Development (BDR) teams.
  • Coordinate execution with external stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Operations groups.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new tools and processes for smarter engagement strategies.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on generating pipeline and accelerating revenue.
  • Drive the execution of account-based programs and align messaging with sales and marketing priorities.
  • Use data-driven insights and AI tools to inform targeting and outreach strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations, mentor Demand Center Representatives, and support campaign and event execution.
  • Ensure performance metrics are met and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of Manager experience in Inside Sales / Lead Development, preferably in technical or software companies.
  • Strong operational and project management experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative to get things done.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Master or MBA is preferable.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com.
  • Experience with prospecting tools and techniques such as Salesloft/Outreach, 6sense, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator.

Nice to Have

  • Other relevant languages would be a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 2-5 years management or managing managers experience.
