About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Transform GCIB's data strategy into executable plans and oversee their completion.
• Review data sourcing for governed reporting and key business reporting; ensure data quality and document remediation plans.
• Oversee records management in GCIB, collaborating with records coordinators and data security teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and standards.
• Engage in audits, regulatory exams, and target assessments.
• Coordinate across GCIB product areas to ensure consensus on new programs.
• Escalate risks to programs and develop solutions with stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships to gain buy-in, build consensus, and resolve conflicts within a large, distributed organization.
• Ensure GCIB's regulatory and risk reporting inventory complies with regulatory and enterprise requirements.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in risk programs.
• Experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Prior experience in roles requiring data policy and standards implementation and adherence.
• Strong leadership qualities and result-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, work-intensive organization and adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high accuracy.
• Passion for building a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
• Experience dealing with complex global data issues and regulations.
• Understanding of GCIB business and products, with the ability to take ownership of delivery.
• Ability to operate independently and collaborate across a wide span of stakeholders including bankers, senior leaders, risk partners, and regulators.

• Pay range $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 annualized salary, with offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
