Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of the Early Tenure Email Curriculum, which includes five key touchpoints in the first month of Card Membership, to drive early spend, lend, and digital adoption.
Assist in maintaining and optimizing Digital Member Guides, an always-accessible resource for Card Members, with a focus on driving early tenure engagement.
Work closely with partners across the US Consumer Card organization, including the Loyalty Marketing Enablement team to ensure detailed campaign execution, Product Line Strategy to align with product strategies, and other key partners.
Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and support optimizations to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

Passion for the customer and their experience, with a desire to create engaging and effective marketing touchpoints.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience analyzing data to inform strategies and optimizations.
Experience leading internal and external calls.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Analytical mentality with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
Desire to have fun, encourage a positive team culture, and embrace a growth mindset in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor's degree required.
