The role of Product Analyst involves supporting and driving key initiatives on our product roadmap, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring product quality and successful launches in a healthcare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the successful planning and execution of individual product initiatives within our pods, driving each step of the product management process to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Help conduct external market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and future product development opportunities to inform product strategy.
  • Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research through external investigation and internal collaboration to ensure products exceed user expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements and work alongside the UX team to design high quality, intuitive products.
  • Ensure the quality of each product by thoroughly testing user stories and supporting large-scale alpha and beta tests to validate product capabilities.
  • Define and project manage the launch of new products, including training end users and creating relevant documentation.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for product improvement based on quantitative measurement and user feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in a product, operations, or engineering role.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • US work authorization.

  • Experience in healthcare industry.
  • Experience in a product, operations, or engineering role.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
