The role of Product Analyst involves supporting and driving key initiatives on our product roadmap, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring product quality and successful launches in a healthcare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the successful planning and execution of individual product initiatives within our pods, driving each step of the product management process to ensure a successful outcome.
Help conduct external market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and future product development opportunities to inform product strategy.
Employ multiple mechanisms for conducting product research through external investigation and internal collaboration to ensure products exceed user expectations.
Partner with cross-functional team members to collect and document detailed product requirements and work alongside the UX team to design high quality, intuitive products.
Ensure the quality of each product by thoroughly testing user stories and supporting large-scale alpha and beta tests to validate product capabilities.
Define and project manage the launch of new products, including training end users and creating relevant documentation.
Identify and act on opportunities for product improvement based on quantitative measurement and user feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BS in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business or a related field is preferred.
Relevant industry experience.
Experience in a product, operations, or engineering role.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
US work authorization.

Qualifications

Educational background in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field (preferred).
