Senior IT Product Manager (GTM)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive impactful business outcomes related to the GTM Sales Platform.
• Lead the creation of a comprehensive, long-term vision for the Sales and GTM platform aligned with company objectives and cultural change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather insights, co-create deliverables, and drive execution to achieve business goals.
• Ensure the product remains adaptable by anticipating industry trends and Seller needs.
• Identify system and process gaps across the organization and advocate for technological solutions that drive ROI and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional product and engineering teams to execute the product vision, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable value.
• Partner with the Enablement team to provide ongoing user training to maximize product utilization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends by identifying and recommending technologies that enable scalability and maintain competitive differentiation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with at least 4 years in management consulting, top-tier tech strategy, or 'bizops' roles.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of pitching product strategy to Executive leadership including C-Suite.
• Experience in Go-To-Market systems with a proven track record of managing and delivering high-impact technology projects.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in business solutions, with hands-on experience delivering at least one AI/ML project from business case to testing.
• Expertise in managing Lead to Opportunity processes within the Salesforce Ecosystem, with SFDC expertise preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS and/or Enterprise software industry; familiarity with AI/Gen-AI solutions and GTM is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in the SF Bay Area.
