About the Role

Proven success in building products from the ground up and scaling them across global sales teams.
5+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring senior product managers.
Deep product expertise in CRM ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce), forecasting platforms (e.g., Clari), and planning systems in B2B Sales and partner-led high-tech industry.
Fluency in modern UX principles with a focus on designing intuitive, guided experiences that reduce cognitive load.
Experience applying AI/ML to enhance sales intelligence, automate workflows, and personalize seller journeys.
Strong storytelling and stakeholder influence skills to build alignment and drive urgency.
