Annuity Product Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of current and emerging developments and market trends in the financial and annuity industry; assess impact and collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and management to implement marketing programs, content, and campaigns.
• Build relationships, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with stakeholders to transform concepts into simple positioning and marketing stories.
• Partner with key stakeholders to set marketing strategy across all channels including content, social media, advertising, digital marketing, and web.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance marketing programs and processes.
• Lead, direct, and coordinate the development, layout, and design of marketing materials from idea generation to execution, including project and resource planning, change management, and reporting.
• Communicate marketing plans effectively to ensure stakeholder understanding and buy-in.
• Ensure all collateral is accurate, relevant, compliant with regulatory requirements, and consistent with Lincoln's editorial and brand standards.
• Analyze and guide the development of performance metrics and benchmarks to evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Champion organizational initiatives by influencing change management and departmental/enterprise initiatives.
• Continuously test and learn new approaches and go-to-market strategies while demonstrating curiosity and enthusiasm.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years of experience in financial services or marketing aligned with the responsibilities of the role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to evaluate information and implications of solutions or courses of action.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment.
