About the Role

As an Assistant Media Manager - Digital Investment, you will report directly to an Assistant Media Director on the account, and will be responsible for activation, project management, quality assurance, and ad deployment of our Paid Social campaigns for a large automotive brand. You will help in the creation and management of paid media campaigns across a variety of platforms. Ideal candidates are passionate about the evolving world of digital marketing. Candidates should have interest in emerging trends across marketing platforms and recognize the impact of digital marketing in an overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in deployment of our media programs and campaigns through media platforms: Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat, etc.
  • Develop and deploy approved creative into media platforms.
  • Cross-reference campaign activation plans against in-platform campaign setup.
  • Collect, compile, and aggregate weekly and/or monthly reporting.
  • Schedule, maintain, and monitor ad delivery to ensure successful deployment of ads.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to develop and refine QA processes that are systematic, efficient, and responsive to team needs.
  • Coordinate, monitor, execute, and document all paid media buying activities.
  • Provide ongoing monitoring and proactive management of potential tracking/reporting issues.
  • Ensure all media campaigns are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Digital Marketing Platforms: Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads.
  • Demonstrates success in managing process and QA in a high pressure environment.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter and resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through.
  • Ability to learn new channels, platforms, and internal businesses.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in any field required (or relevant experience commensurate with 4-year degree) with focus on advertising, communications, journalism or social media preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital media buying and/or planning at a media agency or other social buying platform.
