In-House Paid Ads Specialist Instagram, Google & Funnel Growth Expert

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build & manage Instagram and Google ad campaigns from scratch — targeting high-intent local audiences in California.
• Launch lead generation & brand awareness campaigns that drive in-store visits, online inquiries, and measurable revenue.
• Collaborate directly with the owner to create and execute high-ROI strategies.
• Optimize campaigns daily — tracking performance, testing creatives, and adjusting targeting.
• Work with the in-house editor & team to produce scroll-stopping ad content.
• Build and refine sales funnels & landing pages that convert clicks into appointments and buyers.
• Integrate campaigns with the CRM for full-funnel visibility.

Requirements

• Proven track record running profitable Instagram and Google Ads in the last 2 years.
• Experience in local lead generation & brand awareness scaling.
• Hands-on skills in funnel building, ad copywriting, CRM integration, and campaign optimization.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical mindset — able to interpret data and adjust for better ROI.
• Ability to move fast, test, and adapt in today's changing ad platforms.

• Experience with campaign scaling and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and landing page creation.
