About the Role

OMG23 is the Omnicom Media Group agency dedicated to Walt Disney Studios, Disney+ and Disney's multiple television networks. At OMG23, we partner with Disney on the planning, buying and implementation of integrated ad campaigns for some of the entertainment industry's most iconic brands. Our team works on titles across Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, Pixar, Disney Animation, 20th Century, Searchlight, and various Disney TV networks including ABC, National Geographic, FX, and more. We live movies and TV, and offer an opportunity to join a passionate team involved in media planning and execution for entertainment content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and execution of the media plan
  • Gathering and compiling data to support media recommendations, including syndicated research on consumers
  • Updating media planning documents for client usage
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal activation and digital teams
  • Collecting competitive research and preparing reports
  • Preparing media buy authorizations
  • Monitoring media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance
  • Developing filmmaker presentations on Keynote
  • Updating vendor trafficking sheets
  • Sending, requesting, and filing all digital insertion orders for campaigns
  • Identifying and troubleshooting missing and incomplete invoices needed for billing
  • Working with the billing coordinator to match Insertion Orders
  • Monitoring tag assets to ensure current linking and creative are assigned
  • Compiling and filing campaign screenshots
  • Pulling digital reporting and supporting team members in gathering learnings for clients
  • Keeping abreast of industry trends through advertising and media trade journals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong interest in a media planning or digital media career
  • Relevant experience in media or advertising preferred, but not required
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative (analytical and math) skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
  • Ability to articulate and communicate clearly in meetings
  • Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround environment
  • Proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
