About the Role

The Paid Social Associate Manager is responsible for the holistic channel strategy, owning and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, while playing a key role in bridging strategy and execution. This position combines channel leadership with platform expertise to deliver high-performing, insight-driven campaigns. The Associate Manager is responsible for building strategic plans, overseeing testing initiatives, and translating customer insights into actionable targeting and creative strategies. In addition to campaign oversight, this role supports collaboration with external vendors and agencies, ensuring alignment with internal objectives and executional excellence. This individual is expected to think critically, solve problems proactively, and bring innovative thinking to campaign design and measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid social channel planning and execution across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, from strategy through optimization
  • Partner with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to translate goals into actionable paid social media plans
  • Develop platform-specific insights to drive audience growth, creative innovation, and full-funnel performance
  • Manage and evolve testing frameworks that inform targeting, bidding, and creative strategies
  • Partner with external vendors and media agencies to align on campaign delivery, innovation opportunities, and performance accountability
  • Own mid-flight performance reviews and post-campaign analyses, delivering insights that shape future planning
  • Champion best practices in campaign setup, measurement, and reporting to drive operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field
  • 7+ years of paid social experience, including ownership of strategy and execution
  • Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest ad platforms with a deep understanding of audience, bidding, and creative best practices
  • Experience working with or managing agency and vendor relationships
  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
