Paid Media Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and setup of paid social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Help in the process of optimizing ongoing campaigns by adjusting targeting, budget, bids, and creative assets based on performance data.
• Assist in daily monitoring the performance of paid campaigns, tracking key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPA.
• Compile performance reports, summarizing key insights and metrics to share with the team and stakeholders.
• Work with the creative team to ensure that ad creatives (images, copy, video) align with campaign goals and are optimized for each platform.
• Support the execution of A/B tests to experiment with different ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
• Conduct research to identify trends, new features, and best practices in paid social advertising.
• Take part in training sessions and workshops to build a deeper understanding of paid social advertising tools, platforms, and strategies.
• Collaborate with other members to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies and company goals.
• Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing, avoid under or overspending.
• Provide analysis of results and optimization ideas for the paid social campaigns.
• Align with media account teams to fully understand client needs.
• Assist in the evaluation of new tools, opportunities, and enhancements in the social landscape.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Advertising and general knowledge of Digital Marketing environment.
• Bachelor's Degree/Technical Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in advertising.
• Good English communication level C1 and above.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office products (Microsoft in general).
• Experience in Digital Advertising and general knowledge in Paid Social (Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Working in a data-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute tasks under tight deadlines.
• Minimum 1 years' proven experience in digital marketing platforms and/or marketing automation tools.
• Excellent administrative and documentation skills.
• Database experience required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to follow through and self-organize.
• Deal with a large volume of requests.
• A team player who can prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
