About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the specified location(s). No relocation is offered. The Chief Information Office is responsible for advancing information technology performance and delivering solutions with a focus on maximizing ROI, increasing efficiency, and enhancing the experience of end users. The role involves designing, developing, and managing activities for a specific Business or Consumer product/service or group of products/services from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, including complex products or product lines. The focus is to help build the next generation of AT&T field operations and IT ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees managers that research, design, plan, develop, and evaluate new products or features by translating and documenting customer and technical requirements into final product design
  • Analyze customer needs, identify priorities for new products or services and enhancements
  • Conduct research and analysis on defined market, including addressable revenue potential, competitive analysis, definition of product functionality and existing customer segments, volumes, and revenue results
  • Prepare and present requirements, plans, and business cases for new or modified products and services
  • Partner with business, technology, and UX teams to design or modify products to meet market, budget, and schedule specifications
  • Create product roadmaps, service guides, product documentation, results reports/analysis, and project plans
  • Manage budgets, acquire estimates, and requests for funding through the capital process
  • Serve as the central resource with design, process, manufacturing, test, quality, sales support, and marketing as the product(s) move to production and distribution
  • Manage ongoing lifecycle product performance
  • Define and drive initiatives to grow revenue and margin, and collaborate with various teams to develop pricing strategies
  • Work with third-party technology partners in support of new product development
  • Negotiate with vendors to improve product cost structure, feature functionality, and support
  • Handle the most complex products or product lines as a subject matter expert

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a similar area of responsibility
  • Expertise in Field operations from the IT side
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

  • SAFe 4.0 or PO/PM Certification preferred
