Assoc Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product strategy within the team to create a compelling vision that makes the client experience efficient and intuitive while achieving key business goals.
• Create User Stories to capture solution/feature requirements and instruct development teams to understand the needs of the client.
• Help evaluate user experience based on industry trends and competitor landscapes through conversations with customers, data analysis, and metrics, under the direction of the Product Manager.
• Clarify strategy in ambiguous areas and obtain group buy-in with clear and logical rationale aligned with product area strategy.
• Facilitate proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience and satisfaction standards, and suggest improvements.
• Communicate with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders as necessary.
• Ensure the product team is aligned and engaged.
• Support the consistent ownership of problems through to solutions within and across teams, peers, and partners.
• Identify risks and issues, and proactively help find solutions.
• May lead projects under guidance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1-year related experience.
• Prior experience as a product manager or junior/associate product manager preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies preferred.
• Working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management or related roles.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills.
