Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Brief Development & Alignment: Translate marketing objectives into compelling social media concepts and copy that deliver on creative briefs and align with overall business goals.
  • Brand Voice & Messaging: Maintain a consistent and impactful brand voice across all social media channels, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Brand & Marketing Proficiency: Apply a strong understanding of branding, online marketing, and media concepts to develop effective social media campaigns.

Requirements

  • Strong conceptual and writing skills, with a deep understanding of the digital landscape and how to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Ability to translate marketing objectives into engaging concepts and copy that deliver on creative briefs and align with overall business goals.
  • Solid command of the English language (grammar, spelling, and vocabulary), allowing effective and persuasive communication in both written and verbal formats.
  • Confidence and polish in client presentations, articulating clear visions of work that address client problems and requirements.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Ability to envision creative ways to leverage online ideas and technologies to enhance brand engagement and drive results.
  • Understanding of branding, online marketing, and media concepts for developing effective and integrated campaigns.
  • Ability to seamlessly adapt the 'big idea' across multiple mediums and formats.
  • Proactive, self-starter with initiative.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle changes quickly.
  • Passion for consumer products (CPG/Shopper) is a plus.
  • One-plus years of advertising experience in an agency setting, with exposure to digital and traditional marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Journalism).
