The role involves working within the Global Merchant & Network Services, specifically focusing on the Network & Acquirer Solutions (NAS) organization, which develops new payment services and products, operates the payment network, and manages bank partnerships globally. The Global Network team maintains existing functionality, develops new products, and manages the partner lifecycle to facilitate secure and seamless transactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Global Transit "Tap & Go" product.
  • Assist in developing the business case for new products or features.
  • Assist in the research of regulatory developments and provide preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing products.
  • Support in the documentation of as-is processes for product management, product enhancements, key findings and standard methodologies.
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases.
  • Partner closely with analytics team to provide input and prioritize analytics requests.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology and other stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure timely delivery of features following agile methodologies.
  • Assist in identifying technical gaps and collaborate with broader teams to facilitate resolution risks, opportunities, and changes tied to product management initiatives.
  • Maintain core critical metrics.
  • Understand competitive and internal positioning for the product through market research.
  • Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve user experience.
  • Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure product compliance and shape product features.
