Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Payor pull-through strategy & execution, including leading the evolution of HCP facing field related payor pull-through materials.
  • Oversee channel & acquisition marketing, including development of channel & product acquisition education strategies for HCPs and associated materials for field teams.
  • Own the development and maintenance of patient access support program materials and website content, in close partnership with Field Sales, Trade/Channel, Payor and HUB operations teams (e.g., hub tools, co-pay program materials, etc.).
  • Effectively manage content & approvals through promotional review committee.
  • Develop priorities as primary point of contact for access related training needs, collaborating closely with the Field, Payor, Channel and Training teams.
  • Collaborate across functions with internal stakeholders including Market Access, Brand Marketing, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant and effective execution of access strategies.
  • Manage brand budget and key vendor relationships for access strategy and content creation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical payor marketing, HUB/patient access marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of payor dynamics, patient access, and HCP engagement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with patient support programs and digital access tools.
  • Familiarity with Formtrak or similar access platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
