Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, serving as the digital subject matter expert for the North America commercial marketing team.
  • Manage and mentor the Manager, Demand Generation, and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Clinical, and Global Marketing teams.
  • Own and manage the ZOLL Itamar web presence in North America, driving web optimization, user experience, and content performance while ensuring SEO best practices and lead conversion goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across channels such as paid search, social, display, and email, leveraging analytics to refine targeting and maximize ROI.
  • Serve as a companywide brand steward to ensure consistency across all channels and assets, supporting campaigns that reinforce the company's identity and value proposition.
  • Own the digital content calendar, prioritizing content development to support campaign themes, product messaging, and customer journeys.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase lead capture, nurture, and conversion rates, collaborating with Inside Sales and CRM teams for quality follow-up.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities to evolve digital content and tools, using analytics to improve messaging, CTAs, and channel mix.
  • Lead and manage the creative function for North America marketing, ensuring visual consistency and high-quality design across campaigns.
  • Oversee digital platforms, tools, and marketing technologies, including marketing automation and analytics platforms, staying current on industry trends.
  • Contribute to strategic marketing planning processes, including reviews and annual planning, and monitor the effectiveness and ROI of marketing tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design.
  • 10+ years in Sales & Marketing with a strong background in marketing strategy, creative development, and content generation.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and campaigns to serve customer and patient needs and drive company results.
  • Experience leading diverse teams within a large organization.
  • Ability to plan and manage the scope and lifecycle of projects while balancing multiple partners.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic and analytical capabilities, and sound business management experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives.
  • Hands-on experience creating and executing impactful marketing content, developing value propositions, positioning, and targeting.
  • Proven leadership skills, including decision facilitation, influencing, and change management.
  • Ability to convey complex messaging to sales representatives and external customers.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects with challenging priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment and adapt quickly to change.
