About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Demand Generation to build and scale the demand engine at webAI. In this high-impact leadership role, you'll own the full-funnel pipeline generation strategy. From selecting our marketing automation stack to executing multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate pipeline velocity and shorten deal cycles. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of an end-to-end demand generation strategy that consistently delivers MQLs and bookings-qualified opportunities.
  • Stand up and optimize the marketing automation stack, lead-scoring models, campaign calendar, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Design and launch integrated multi-channel campaigns-including digital, events, ABM, and partner co-marketing-to drive pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Create programs that nurture prospects across the funnel and accelerate deals through the pipeline.
  • Align closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure campaign success and pipeline impact.
  • Lead internal teams and manage external agencies and partners to scale execution.
  • Build dashboards, monitor KPIs, and continuously iterate based on performance insights and ROI.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success building a demand generation function from the ground up at a high-growth tech or infrastructure company.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver pipeline and revenue through marketing-sourced programs.
  • Deep knowledge of modern marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and performance attribution methods.
  • Experience running full-funnel, multi-channel programs across digital, ABM, events, and partner campaigns.
  • Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and external agency partners.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong grasp of data, KPIs, and revenue attribution.
  • Clear communicator with strong project management and organizational skills.
