About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue goals for enterprise, SMB, NA, and EMEA markets, including defining target audiences, channel selection, campaign themes, and KPIs.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns such as paid media, SEO, content syndication, email marketing, webinars, events, and social media to generate high-quality leads and pipeline.
• Develop and refine lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel, working closely with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion, and continuously optimize conversion rates at each stage.
• Manage the demand generation budget effectively, track and report on campaign performance, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to maximize ROI.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement marketing technology (MarTech) solutions to enhance demand generation capabilities and efficiency.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing demand generation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and lead qualification criteria.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior management role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience creating and executing demand generation strategies for the enterprise segment in a verticalized SaaS environment.
• Proven success in scaling demand generation programs internationally, especially in EMEA.
• Track record of exceeding lead and pipeline generation targets in a high-growth, vertical SaaS company.
• Deep expertise in demand generation channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and webinars.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and platforms.
• Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and customer journeys.
• Experience managing and scaling a demand generation team.
• Certification in relevant marketing automation or advertising platforms.
