About the Role

Handoff is the AI agent that runs a construction company, helping remodelers automate estimating, streamline operations, and win more work with real-time cost data and intuitive workflows. Key Responsibilities

  • Build and launch outbound campaigns using tools like Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot
  • Write and test high-performing email sequences tailored to different personas
  • Create and optimize landing pages that support conversion across campaigns
  • Run lifecycle programs to deepen engagement with existing customers
  • Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, landing pages, paid, and organic channels
  • Collaborate with Sales on lead handoff, targeting, and messaging
  • Track and report on key metrics like open/reply rates, SQLs, and CAC
  • Develop and document scalable systems for outbound and lifecycle marketing
  • Run monthly growth experiments to test copy, audience, and channel performance
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices in email, outbound, and demand generation

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing roles
  • Experience with tools like Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar
  • Hands-on copywriter comfortable owning messaging from idea to execution
  • Familiar with basic landing page tools like Webflow, Unbounce, etc.
  • Proven experience running multi-channel demand generation campaigns across outbound, lifecycle, and paid channels
  • Background in SMB marketing motions with a strong understanding of volume, speed, and personalization
  • Analytical thinker who loves dashboards, attribution, and tracking performance
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment
  • Startup mindset: resourceful, proactive, and quick to iterate

  • Background in SaaS or B2B selling to blue-collar or SMB audiences
