We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director of Global Marketing Programs to drive the strategic execution of our flagship global event series, data-driven lead generation programs, and brand operations initiatives, all focused on generating revenue and expanding marketing influence across existing clients and new prospects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of Certara's flagship Global Certainty events in AMER and EMEA, meeting all deliverables on time and within budget while linking event engagement to opportunities.
  • Build and nurture a unified global Certainty community, ensuring all event content aligns with the Certara brand and incorporates strategic calls to action to capture new client interest.
  • Deliver an outstanding client experience with a goal of post-event NPS > 60.
  • Maximize ROI by mapping event engagement to opportunity attribution and collaborating with Commercial teams for prompt, effective lead follow-up, directly impacting sales pipeline growth.
  • Track registration, engagement, and conversion metrics; manage post-event surveys and create content repurposing strategies to generate further opportunities.
  • Explore and oversee digital community/event platforms to extend influence and pipeline impact.
  • Design and activate advertising strategies focused on generating revenue growth and capturing sales-ready leads from new prospects and existing accounts.
  • Manage budgets to optimize spend, aiming to increase marketing-influenced pipeline and directly attributed revenue.
  • Use analytics and insights to refine campaign targeting, messaging, and creative to maximize conversion rates and shorten lead-to-opportunity timelines.
  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs that measure campaign effectiveness in driving sales and revenue.
  • Oversee all external creative services, managing projects via Asana, and sourcing top-tier partners to maximize creative quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure all creative output—including brand, advertising, social, email, and sales assets—reinforces a unified Certara brand, features compelling calls to action, and is engineered for conversion.
  • Continuously optimize creative workflows to deliver timely, high-impact campaigns that enhance brand awareness and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Partner with product and services marketing teams to synchronize messaging and ensure all materials reinforce pipeline and revenue objectives.
  • Support additional Certara global marketing initiatives with a focus on building marketing-generated pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' experience in marketing, with a track record of influencing pipeline, ideally in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.
  • Proven success in global brand, event, and digital program management with metrics-driven impact.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing, launching, and optimizing programs that measurably increase opportunities.
  • Excellent project management, copywriting, editing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Budget management experience, with a focus on optimizing investments for pipeline.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing analytics and automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to interpret marketing data and rapidly adjust tactics for the highest commercial impact.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industries.

Qualifications

  • Experience in marketing, with 5-7 years preferred.
