About the Role

The Associate Director, HCP Omnichannel Marketing - Immunology at AstraZeneca will lead the strategic development and execution of omnichannel and non-personal promotion initiatives for the Immunology portfolio, primarily focusing on Saphnelo. This role is critical in shaping healthcare professional engagement strategies, driving brand growth, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams within the US Immunology Marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of HCP omnichannel marketing plans, including digital, field, and media touchpoints.
  • Own the Non-Personal Promotion (NPP) strategy, including segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Lead the advancement of AI-driven digital solutions to maximize efficiency, speed to market, and impact.
  • Oversee agency relationships, including performance evaluations and strategic alignment.
  • Partner with Market Research and Analytics teams to derive actionable insights from HCP behavior and feedback.
  • Work closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Patient Marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
  • Develop tools, messaging frameworks, and data insights to support field teams in delivering impactful HCP interactions.
  • Lead creative development and testing of promotional materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, preferably in Immunology or Specialty Care.
  • Proven success in HCP marketing, media planning and execution, omnichannel strategy, and NPP execution.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Deep understanding of the Immunology therapeutic landscape.
  • Experience with launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience across multiple promotional channels (Personal, Non-Personal, Omnichannel, Digital).
  • Ability to develop cross-functional engagement and promotional pull-through plans.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree (required) or an advanced degree (preferred).
