About the Role

The Product Director, Omnichannel Marketing - Neuroscience Portfolio at Johnson & Johnson is responsible for developing innovative digital strategies to enhance customer experience for key brands within the Neuroscience Portfolio. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including brand leadership, IT, analytics, creative agencies, and vendors, to create personalized, impactful digital content and omnichannel solutions. The position supports the company's mission to address complex brain health challenges and improve patient and healthcare provider engagement through innovative, non-personal communication methods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the omnichannel product strategy aligned with the overall business vision.
  • Create innovative omnichannel products and features to improve customer engagement and deliver measurable results.
  • Lead all aspects of product execution, including agency briefings, project management, review processes, and operational mechanisms.
  • Update Engagement.AI (E.AI) models, develop brand insights, and support continuous improvements.
  • Partner with omnichannel operations to ensure proper tagging, taxonomy, and measurement frameworks.
  • Analyze healthcare provider interactions and market trends to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, analytics, IT, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external service providers, physicians, and other stakeholders to improve digital innovations.
  • Ensure strategies and tactics are compliant by partnering with legal, compliance, and regulatory teams.
  • Establish key performance indicators and partner with analytics teams to measure success and drive improvements.
  • Manage product budgets and resources, including media spend and vendor selection.
  • Communicate product vision, updates, and performance results to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

  • A minimum Bachelor's degree; MBA or related advanced degree is helpful.
  • 5-7 years of commercial business experience, preferably in marketing and/or sales.
  • 2-3 years of omnichannel, digital, and/or agency experience.
  • Experience leading agency relationships and producing high-quality work.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and management skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and adaptability.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and business sense with risk tolerance for innovation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cross-channel, journey-based promotional execution.

Qualifications

  • Formal educational background including a Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees are a plus.
