This role supports the Retina and Glaucoma teams including Inline brands and upcoming launches. The Associate Director, Marketing Analytics, Eye Care will develop and deploy analytic solutions based on business needs to support the existing and new assets in the US; and supports the measurement of brand strategies and tactics at a national and sub-national level. The position involves partnering with brand teams to formulate commercial investment strategies, identify tactical opportunities, enhance promotional and media programs, and develop metrics for measuring and improving marketing campaigns. It requires collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Finance, Marketing, and Business Technology to design, build, and implement reporting, analytics, and optimization solutions.
