Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with media agencies and brands
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect database
Break new business and grow existing partnerships with advertisers
Work closely with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings
Collaborate with the media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution
Contribute to the company's marketing strategies and product development
Attend conferences and industry events
Mentor new hires and junior team members

Requirements

5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales
Existing list of agency relationships
High level of integrity and professionalism
Love for digital media and advertising technology
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, show urgency, and meet deadlines
Proven performance in breaking new business and exceeding quotas

Nice to Have

Experience with ad tech and digital media sales
Existing relationships with media agencies and brands

Qualifications

Experience in digital media sales
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
