Associate Director, Regional Marketing - Oncology Portfolio - Western USA

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with Thought Leaders in prostate cancer through various channels and activities to create positive product perception and deep relationships.
• Identify and recommend TLs to provide brand insight, supporting relationships across regions and emerging TLs.
• Develop and maintain clinical expertise to challenge and advance TL thinking, leveraging data, brand strategy, and messaging.
• Coordinate and execute plans for company presence at regional and national prostate conferences, including content repurposing, exhibit design, and staff training.
• Lead TL meetings and support senior leadership encounters at conferences and industry meetings.
• Manage speaker bureau activities, including peer-to-peer programs, field-led speaker programs, training, utilization tracking, and new speaker identification.
• Contribute to local and national marketing initiatives, tailoring materials and digital solutions to local needs.
• Coordinate and share customer insights and intelligence with internal partners, enabling strategic decision-making.
• Lead advisory boards, develop objectives, oversee execution, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Support field engagement through sponsorships, conferences, and events, sharing knowledge on systems and processes.
• Travel up to 50% for customer engagements, medical conferences, advocacy events, and internal meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 5-7 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working within oncology or urology therapeutic areas.
• Proven success in strategic business approaches, sales, customer engagement, or project management.
• Experience in creating and maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and collaborate with external partners.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree with a life science background.
• Marketing or leadership experience in sales training, sales management, or market access.
• Experience working with academic institutions and key accounts.
