Associate (Junior) Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Own the implementation of client campaigns from concept to completion, including social media, social creative, and paid media campaigns.
• Work with the larger team to anticipate client needs and actively address them.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts to see projects through to profitably completion.
• Work closely with Social and Creative teams to execute campaigns and achieve success for the client.
• Identify areas of improvement for client and account team services.
• Proactively QA social media creative.
• Facilitate campaign logistics such as project and task checklists, asset management, creative resource management, and project timelines.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in a project management or client service role in a digital environment.
• Knowledge of social media creative and best practices.
• Experience with social media campaigns is a plus.
• Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
• Impeccable attention to detail; service-minded and team-oriented.
• Problem-solving mindset, able to tackle the unexpected.
• Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems including social media, creative, and paid media.
• Great collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
