Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic thinking across conditions such as GI intolerance, malnutrition, dysphagia, critical illness, pediatric feeding, and more.
  • Connect consumer need states, HCP decision-making, and product positioning across ten strategic brands.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs and Market Research to uncover clinical truths and emotional pain points that shape patient and HCP behavior and build claims messaging.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Regulatory, and R D to anticipate complexity, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure strategic plans are executable.
  • Manage brand-level budgets with P&L accountability, contribute to forecasting, and drive PFME efficiency with a finance-forward mindset.
  • Build powerful briefs rooted in disease-specific insight for brand campaigns, clinical tools, sampling programs, and medical hub content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years in healthcare or strategic brand marketing.
  • Experience in HCP engagement, medical nutrition, pharma, or life sciences.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights, effectively using digital tools and technologies.
  • Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance in a modern, insight-led workplace.
  • Comfort navigating scientific data and cross-functional complexity.
  • Operational agility with basic P&L knowledge and financial fluency.
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry or dietary supplements.
  • Familiarity with market segmentation and consumer insights methodologies.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital advertising strategies.
  • Background in content creation or copywriting for marketing materials.
